Welcome to Serenlix: AI Video Creator (“Serenlix,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
Serenlix is an AI-powered application that allows users to create face-swap images and videos. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and process it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to users.

2.1 Images, Videos, and Facial Content
When you choose to use a face-swap feature, you may upload or select:
source images or videos;
target images or videos;
facial images contained in the selected media; and
instructions needed to generate the requested result.
Facial content may be considered sensitive personal data in some jurisdictions.
Serenlix processes facial content only to provide the face-swap feature requested by the user. We do not use facial content to identify users, verify identity, authenticate users, or create persistent biometric identification profiles.
The service may temporarily detect facial features or facial landmarks to align faces and generate the requested result. This processing is performed only for content generation and not for facial recognition or personal identification.
You must have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and process another person’s image or video.
2.2 Generated Content
We process generated images and videos so that results can be displayed, downloaded, or saved by the user.
Uploaded media, temporary processing files, and generated results may be temporarily stored while the requested operation is completed and the result is delivered.
2.3 Device and App Information
We may automatically collect limited technical information, including:
device type and operating-system version;
app version and language settings;
app interactions and features used;
crash logs and diagnostic information; and
network and performance information.
This information is used to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the app.
2.4 Purchases
Serenlix may offer subscriptions or in-app purchases.
Payments are processed by Google Play or another applicable platform provider. We do not collect or store complete payment-card or bank-account information.
We may receive transaction identifiers, purchased-product information, purchase status, and subscription status to verify purchases and provide premium features.

If you contact us, we may collect your email address, message content, attachments, and other information needed to respond to your request.
Depending on the features you use, Serenlix may request access to:
Photos and videos: to let you select media for face swapping and save generated results;
Camera: to let you capture a photo or video when you choose to use the camera;
Notifications: to provide service-related notifications, such as generation-status notifications.
Permissions are requested only when needed for the relevant feature. You can manage these permissions through your device settings.
Serenlix does not intentionally access photos or videos that you have not selected or authorized for use.
We use collected information to:
provide image and video face-swap features requested by users;
upload selected content for AI processing;
generate and return face-swap results;
maintain, secure, and improve app performance;
diagnose crashes and technical problems;
validate purchases and subscriptions;

5.1 Image Face-Swap Processing
When you use the image face-swap feature, the images you select and the instructions needed to generate the result are securely transmitted to ChatGPT, an artificial intelligence service provided by OpenAI, for image processing.
The selected content is processed to generate the image result requested by the user.
5.2 Video Face-Swap Processing
When you use the video face-swap feature, the images, videos, and facial content you select are securely transmitted to the Alibaba Cloud Visual Intelligence Open Platform for video processing.
The selected content is processed to generate the video result requested by the user.
5.3 Processing Transparency
The user must actively select media and initiate the face-swap operation.
Serenlix does not secretly capture facial content or upload photos or videos in the background without an action initiated by the user.
Selected content is used only to perform the requested operation, deliver the generated result, protect the security of the service, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
AI-generated results may be inaccurate or unrealistic. Users should review generated content before saving, publishing, or sharing it.
We do not sell personal information.
We may share limited information with service providers only when necessary to operate the app, including:
OpenAI, which provides ChatGPT-based image processing;
Alibaba Cloud Visual Intelligence Open Platform, which provides video face-swap processing;
cloud hosting or temporary storage providers used to process and deliver content;
analytics or crash-reporting providers used to maintain app performance;
Google Play or another platform provider used to process purchases; and
legal authorities when disclosure is required by applicable law.
These providers may process information only for the purpose of providing their services and are required to protect it according to their applicable contractual and legal obligations.
Uploaded images, videos, facial content, temporary processing files, and generated results are retained only for the time needed to complete the requested operation and deliver the result.
Uploaded images, videos, facial content, temporary processing files, and generated results are automatically deleted from our active systems within 24 hours after processing is completed.
OpenAI and Alibaba Cloud may process and retain data according to the service configurations used by Serenlix, their contractual obligations, their applicable privacy policies, and applicable law.
Crash logs and technical diagnostic information may be retained for up to 90 days.
Purchase and subscription records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to verify purchases, prevent fraud, resolve disputes, and comply with accounting or legal obligations.
Support communications may be retained for up to 12 months after a request is resolved, unless longer retention is required by law.

Please provide enough information for us to locate the relevant data. We may request reasonable information to verify your identity before completing a deletion request.
Deleting the app from your device does not automatically submit a server-side data deletion request.
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted network transmission, access controls, restricted system access, and data-retention controls.
However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Serenlix is not directed to children under the age of 13 or the higher minimum age required in the user’s jurisdiction.
